NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: All appointments are carried out via Facebook Messenger Video Call, if you do not have a Facebook profile please state this in the notes section of your booking and provide a mobile number that Jesse can video call on the day of your appointment via WhatsApp. Instructions on how to attend your appointment: 1) You will receive an email with a link to Jesse's business Facebook profile once you book your appointment, please keep this email handy as it will not be resent before your appointment. 2) Add Jesse as soon as possible to avoid delays. 3) Message him 10 mins PRIOR to your appointment (more than 5 mins PRIOR to your appointment start time will be considered too late) 4) Jesse will accept just before your appointment and video chat you via Facebook messenger or WhatsApp (depending on which you choose and check in with. 5) Sit back and enjoy the reading. Please note: - Bookings need to be made under the SAME NAME as your Facebook profile and WhatsApp name otherwise Jesse will not be able to give a reading if he cannot match the name on the booking to a profile. You also need to ensure you add a first and last name to your booking form. - Due to the high volume of bookings we can not offer a refund under any circumstances. We are unable to reschedule or refund any missed appointments. - If for any reason an appointment is missed by Jesse or needs rescheduling, the management team will contact you via email to reschedule this for you. Cancellation Policy

We are unable to reschedule or refund any missed appointments. Missed appointments are caused by: Wrong information given. Not following the "How to attend" instructions which are emailed to you. Technical difficulties on the clients part. Checking in too late to your appointment. If you do not check in to your appointment, we do not know that you are ready for your call and will not call you. We have provided clear instructions to you to ensure your appointment goes ahead without hiccup. Please follow them as failure to do so may result in your reading being missed.
